10 March : Cake, candles and song light up singer’s stage
If there’s one person that Whitney Houston doesn’t mind outshining her, it’s her daughter. And that’s exactly what happened earlier this month when Houston stopped her performance in Adelaide, Australia to introduce her sweet daughter to the crowd.
The singer invited Bobbi Kristina on stage where she announced that her daughter was celebrating her 17th birthday. The youngster was serenaded by her mom who sang her all time favourite tune from The Preacher's Wife called to "Who Would Imagine a King". Houston then presented BK with a specially-made cake accompanied by the singer’s dancers. As she blew out her 17 candles, the whole crowd happily sang Happy Birthday to her.
